Last month I took a trip to the Chanel 'The Little Black Jacket' exhibition at the Saatchi gallery which was fantastic. I really enjoyed the exhibit and the beautiful portraits, shot by Karl Lagerfeld, of a wide range of familiar faces. As you can see, I have added my only little twist on to each image above; It was so difficult to decide which were my favourites- but of course Baptiste Giabiconi is one of them as he is pretty gorgeous <3

I've got a bit of an obsession with trumpet hems at the moment, and nobody does this style better than Oscar De La Renta. I also love Alaia's take on the style, their simple designs give me major dress envy <3 I've got a feeling this style will sooon be making its way to the high street...hopefully :)

I thought I'd post this video I discovered of my overall experience of collaborating with Orchid Male Cancer Charity this year as it's great to see the panel of experts including GQ editor Dylan Jones, British Fashion Council chairman Harold Tillman and Phil Vickery choosing my t-shirt design.
The t-shirt is still on sale in House of Fraser and available to purchase online here too! It's great to look back and see the process of my t-shirt going on sale, the photoshoot that promoted it and of course seeing one of my collages printed on a t-shirt :)

September 6th saw Vogue's Fashion's Night Out come back to London where the wonderful Thomas Lyte in Burlington Arcade, Mayfair invited me back as one of their live illustrators for the event. Burlington Arcade was transformed into a burlesque themed emporium where visitors were treated to an evening of performance artists, popcorn and candyfloss. In the store we were joined by Marie Claire writers and beauty editors, all in all an incredibly fun evening!

Passion by OPI gelcolour
I've become a tad addicted to OPI gel nails lately and have been looking for some inspiration for my next set, I love the dip dye effect (obviously) and the Chanel Couture take on the half moons. Who knew nails could be so fun? <3
This month my illustrations grace the cover of Laissez Faire Magazine! I also have a four page spread inside, showcasing my latest collages. The cover is olympics themed and represents the five interlinked rings. If you see a copy in London, feel free to pick one up!
