Company Magazine

Today I was EXTREMELY happy to find that i made it into the 17 finalists of Company Magazine's High Street Edit fashion illustration competition! Company noted:

 "We loved Sasha's unusual style and how bold her illustration is".

They posted the finalist's work on their website today and it was great to see some of my fellow LCFer's in the final too. The winner is announced tomorrow; fingers crossed it's one of us! Also notice how i'm number THIRTEEN of seventeen! 

Press Pack

Here we have a few images of the final press pack i produced along with my illustrated look book i designed for Lanvin as part of my recent project. The pack includes the SS11 Lanvin lookbook, event invitation, illustrated postcards, press release and press gift. 

Master of Illustration

Thursday evening the London College of Fashion held a talk lead by the industry's most successful and loved fashion illustrator, David Downton. Talking us through his career, inspirations and portfolio, Mr Downton presented to students of fashion illustration, fashion design and super model Erin O Connor of whom he has worked very closely with. It was a fantastic event in which i was able to gain a great insight into a hugely successful career within fashion illustration.

Dear Diary

Another university term- another Lanvin diary! I've already stocked up on the new Lanvin diary ready for next year. Available at Harrods, it features the beautiful illustrations by Alber Elbaz depicting his signature asymmetrical dresses and comes with a cute presentation bag. I'm not totally Lanvin obsessed- i swear! x

Lula Issue 11

Finally it's here! Issue 11 of Lula Magazine has finally arrived. My favourite bi-annual hit the shelves last week and has some beautiful fashion stories. Charlotte Gainsbourg graces the cover in a shoot styled by Editor-in-chief Leith Clark. I particularly like the illustrative spread Doll Parts with drawings by Jenny Mortsell.
