Givenchy Glory

In the lead-up to Paris Couture Week, the show I most anticipate is Givenchy. The intricacy and craftsmanship Ricardo Tisci applies to his gowns is inspiring and this SS12 collection was no exception, with the addition of models embellished with nose rings and door knocker- sized hoops.

I'm still in awe of his Fall 2011 collection and found some beauuutiful images of it as well as producing an ink illustration collage of a model from the SS12 couture show, complete with the most elegant nose ring I've ever seen!

Tim Walker's latest Mulberry ad campaign features two of my favourite models- Frida Gustavsson and Lindsey Wixson, who were whisked away to the sunny shoreline of Brighton for a candy striper themed spring shoot. Loving the props and loving Mulberry's spring handbag collection even more <3

I bought this gorgeous jumper this week (second from bottom), nothing better than turkey feathers to keep me warm this winter- also quite fitting for Christmas time! I'm loving feathers right now and thinking of buying some feather trimmings to embellish some boring t-shirts i have.

Summer

Tomorrow I am VERY excited to start interning at Fiona Leahy creative events and production design agency for the summer. Having produced press events and parties for the likes of Louis Vuitton, Stella McCartney and Matthew Williamson to name a few, I can't wait to help out and lend my creativity to their many exciting projects!
